Job Requirements
- Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality, with or without reasonable accommodation
- Available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and/or holidays
- Meet store operating policies and standards including providing quality beverages and food products, cash handling, and store safety and security, with or without reasonable accommodation
- Engage with and understand customers through clear and pleasant communication
- Prepare food and beverages to standard recipes or customized for customers including recipe changes such as temperature and ingredient substitutions
- Available to perform many different tasks within the store during each shift

Job Duties
- Prepare food and beverages according to standard recipes or customer customization
- Maintain quality and safety standards in food and beverage preparation
- Provide clear and pleasant communication to understand and respond to customer needs
- Execute cash handling and adhere to store safety and security policies
- Perform various store tasks within each shift to support smooth operations
- Engage customers with friendliness and build strong relationships
- Follow store operating policies and maintain punctuality
