Job Requirements
- Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality
- Available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays
- Adhere to store policies and standards including quality beverages and food preparation, cash handling, and safety
- Engage with and understand customers through clear and pleasant communication
- Prepared to perform multiple tasks during a single shift
- Ability to follow written and oral instructions and request clarification if needed
- Strong teamwork and relationship-building skills

Job Duties
- Create welcoming and inclusive customer experiences
- Prepare and serve coffee and other beverages according to Starbucks quality standards and recipes
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently
- Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in the store
- Engage with customers to understand and respond to their needs
- Support various tasks within the store during each shift
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth store operations
