Job Requirements
- Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality with or without reasonable accommodation
- Available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and/or holidays
- Meet store operating policies and standards including quality beverage and food preparation, cash handling and store safety with or without reasonable accommodation
- Engage with and understand customers including discovering and responding to customer needs through clear and pleasant communication
- Prepare food and beverages to standard or customized recipes including recipe changes such as temperature and ingredient quantity adjustments
- Available to perform many different tasks within the store during each shift

- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to learn quickly
- Ability to understand and carry out oral and written instructions and request clarification when needed
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Ability to build relationships
Job Duties
- Prepare food and beverages to standard recipes or customized for customers including recipe modifications
- Engage with and understand customers to discover and respond to their needs through clear and pleasant communication
- Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality
- Perform multitasking within the store during each shift
- Provide quality beverages and food products while adhering to store operating policies and standards
- Handle cash transactions accurately and ensure store safety and security
- Collaborate effectively as part of a team to ensure smooth store operations
