Job Requirements
- Must be able to complete the New Barista Training Program
- Available to work 15-20+ hours per week including weekend availability
- Ability to perform physical tasks related to the role such as standing, lifting, and bending

Job Duties
- Practice and demonstrate PERC, BIGGBY Cultural Values, and Pavilion Ventures Core Values including making friends, sharing great coffee, being yourself, having fun, loving people, showing energy, fun, family focus, dedication, passion, customer focus, and continuous growth
- Create a welcoming, friendly, and energetic atmosphere for customers
- Engage customers genuinely and enthusiastically
- Help customers build customized drink and food orders
- Maintain energy levels higher than the customers you serve
- Memorize and follow BIGGBY flavor rules and recipes for beverage preparation
- Prepare hot, iced, and frozen beverages including lattes, crème freezes, mocktails, and tea
- Prepare food items such as bragels, bagels, and muffins correctly and consistently
- Memorize and execute the BIGGBY Position Priorities
- Follow beverage-making, cleanliness, and safety procedures
- Practice proper cash handling
- Clean and sanitize work areas, equipment, lobby, dishes, and counters
- Show up on time and in proper uniform
- Support the team with additional tasks as assigned
