Job Requirements

- Create the Starbucks Experience for customers through excellent service and expertly crafted products
- Master food and beverage craft to prepare high-quality coffee and food items
- Work collaboratively as part of the store team to support operations
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace to ensure store safety and hygiene
- Handle cash and complete transactions accurately
- Engage with customers by discovering and responding to their needs with clear and pleasant communication
- Adapt to a fast-paced, energetic environment while maintaining composure and professionalism
