Job Requirements
- Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality, with or without reasonable accommodation
- Available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and holidays
- Ability to meet store operating policies and standards
- Ability to prepare food and beverages to standard recipes or customized orders
- Capable of performing various tasks within the store during each shift
- Ability to engage with customers and build relationships
- Strong ability to learn and carry out instructions
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Ability to learn and adapt quickly
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Customer service experience is a plus but not required
- Basic math skills for cash handling
- Ability to follow oral and written instructions
- Enthusiasm for coffee and creating enjoyable customer experiences
Job Duties
- Prepare food and beverages according to standard recipes or customer specifications
- Engage with customers to understand and respond to their needs through clear and pleasant communication
- Maintain store cleanliness and safety standards
- Handle cash and complete transactions accurately
- Work flexibly across different tasks during each shift
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth store operations
- Adhere to store policies and procedures including safety and security guidelines
