Job Duties
- Create the Starbucks Experience for customers through excellent service and expertly-crafted products
- Prepare food and beverages to standard recipes or customized orders
- Handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace following store safety and sanitation standards
- Engage with customers to discover and respond to their needs, providing clear and pleasant communication
- Collaborate effectively with team members to deliver a seamless store operation
- Adapt to various responsibilities within the store during each shift
