Job Requirements
- Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality with or without reasonable accommodation
- Available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and/or holidays
- Meet store operating policies and standards including cash handling, safety and quality product provision
- Engage with customers through clear and pleasant communication
- Prepare food and beverages to standard or customized recipes
- Available to perform many different tasks within the store during shifts
Job Qualifications
- No previous experience required
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to learn quickly
- Ability to understand and carry out oral and written instructions
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Ability to build relationships
Job Duties
- Prepare food and beverages to standard recipes or customized for customers
- Engage with and understand customers, responding to their needs with clear and pleasant communication

- Follow store operating policies including cash handling and store safety
- Perform various tasks within the store during each shift
- Provide quality beverages and food products according to standards
- Work collaboratively as part of a team
