Job Requirements
- Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality
- Available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays
- Meet store operating policies and standards
- Engage with customers and provide excellent service
- Prepare beverages and food following standardized recipes or customer specifications
- Able to perform multiple tasks during shifts

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in cash handling and basic math
- Ability to learn quickly and follow instructions
- Team-oriented mindset
- Previous customer service experience is a plus but not required
Job Duties
- Provide excellent customer service
- Prepare and serve coffee and beverages according to Starbucks recipes
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Operate cash register and handle transactions accurately
- Ensure store safety and security procedures are followed
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily store goals
- Engage with customers to understand and meet their needs
