Job Requirements
- Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality, with or without reasonable accommodation
- Available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and/or holidays
- Meet store operating policies and standards including quality beverage and food preparation, cash handling, and store safety, with or without reasonable accommodation
- Engage with customers through clear and pleasant communication
- Prepare food and beverages to standard or customized recipes including adjustments
- Available to perform various tasks within the store during each shift

Job Duties
- Engage with and understand customers to meet their needs through clear and pleasant communication
- Prepare food and beverages to standard recipes or customized orders, including making recipe adjustments
- Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality
- Perform various tasks within the store during each shift
- Provide high-quality beverages and food products while adhering to store operating policies and standards
- Handle cash and ensure store safety and security
- Work collaboratively as part of a team to create a welcoming store environment
