- maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality

- ability to engage with and understand customers
- available to perform many different tasks within the store during each shift

Job Duties
- prepare food and beverages to standard recipes or customized for customers
- engage with and understand customers including discovering and responding to customer needs through clear and pleasant communication
- maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality
- comply with store operating policies and standards including cash handling and store safety
- perform various tasks within the store during each shift
- build relationships with customers and team members
- provide quality beverages and food products
