Job Requirements
- maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality
- available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and/or holidays
- meet store operating policies and standards including quality beverage and food preparation, cash handling and store safety
- engage and understand customer needs through clear communication
- prepare food and beverages to standard or customized recipes
- available to perform many different tasks during each shift

Job Duties
- create the Starbucks experience for customers through excellent service and expertly crafted products

- work collaboratively as part of a team
- perform a variety of tasks within the store during each shift
