Job Requirements
- Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality with or without accommodation

- Meet store operating policies and standards including quality product preparation, cash handling, and safety
- Engage and respond to customer needs with clear communication
- Prepare food and beverages according to standardized or customized recipes

Job Duties
- Create the Starbucks Experience through excellent customer service
- Prepare and serve crafted beverages and food products according to standard recipes
- Handle cash and maintain store safety and security
- Collaborate effectively with team members to support store operations
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace
- Communicate clearly and pleasantly with customers to identify and meet their needs
- Perform various tasks required during each shift to ensure smooth store functioning
