Job Requirements
- Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality
- Be available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and/or holidays
- Meet store operating policies and standards regarding beverage and food quality, cash handling, and safety
- Engage with customers effectively through clear communication
- Prepare beverages and food products to standard or customized recipes
- Be available to perform multiple tasks within the store during shifts

Job Duties

- Provide quality beverages and food products following store operating policies and standards
- Handle cash and ensure store safety and security
- Engage with customers to discover and respond to their needs through clear and pleasant communication
- Prepare food and beverages according to standard recipes or customized requests
- Perform various tasks within the store during each shift
