Job Requirements
- Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality with or without reasonable accommodation
- Available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and holidays
- Meet store operating policies and standards including quality beverage and food preparation, cash handling and store safety
- Engage with customers through clear and pleasant communication
- Prepare beverages and food according to recipes including customized modifications
- Perform various store tasks during shifts
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new tasks and responsibilities
- Experience in customer service is a plus but not required
- Comfortable handling cash and maintaining store safety
- Ability to remain calm and maintain quality service in a fast-paced environment
Job Duties
- Prepare and serve high-quality coffee and beverages according to standard and customized recipes
- Provide excellent customer service by engaging and understanding customers' needs
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store and workspaces
- Handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly
- Follow store safety and security policies and procedures
- Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure smooth store operations
- Adapt to various tasks and responsibilities during shifts
