Job Requirements
- Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality with or without accommodation
- Available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and holidays
- Meet store operating policies and standards including quality beverage and food preparation, cash handling, safety and security with or without accommodation
- Engage with customers through clear and pleasant communication
- Prepare food and beverages to standard or customized recipes
- Available to perform many different tasks within the store during each shift
Job Qualifications
- No previous experience required
- Ability to learn quickly
- Ability to understand and carry out oral and written instructions
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Ability to build relationships
