Job Requirements
- Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality
- Available to work flexible hours including mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays
- Meet store operating policies and standards including safety and quality
- Ability to prepare beverages and food according to recipes or customer customization
- Capable of performing various tasks within the store during shifts
- Ability to understand and respond to customer needs with clear communication
- Ability to handle cash responsibly
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to learn quickly and follow instructions
- Experience in customer service helpful but not required
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Basic math skills for cash handling
- Positive attitude and focus on quality

- Create the Starbucks Experience through excellent customer service
- Prepare food and beverages to standard or customized recipes
- Handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly
- Maintain store safety and security standards
- Keep the workspace clean and organized
- Engage and communicate pleasantly with customers to meet their needs
- Work efficiently in a fast-paced, energetic environment
