Job Requirements
- no previous experience required
- maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality with or without reasonable accommodation
- available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and holidays
- meet store operating policies and standards including quality beverage and food preparation, cash handling and store safety
- engage with and understand customer needs through clear communication
- prepare food and beverages to standard recipes or customer specifications including adjustments
- perform diverse tasks during each shift
- ability to understand and carry out oral and written instructions with clarification if needed
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required
- ability to learn quickly and understand oral and written instructions
- strong interpersonal and communication skills
- ability to work effectively as part of a team
- demonstrated ability to build positive relationships with customers and coworkers
Job Duties
- greet and engage customers with a warm and friendly attitude
- prepare and serve beverages and food items according to standard recipes or customized orders
- handle cash transactions accurately and securely
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the store environment
- comply with safety and security policies during all operational activities
- perform various store tasks as required during the shift
- respond to customer needs and inquiries through clear and pleasant communication
