Job Requirements
- Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality
- Available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays
- Meet store operating policies and standards including quality beverage and food preparation and cash handling
- Engage with customers through clear and pleasant communication
- Prepare food and beverages to standard and customized recipes
- Available to perform various tasks within the store during shifts
- Ability to maintain a clean and organized workspace
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- No previous experience required
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt in a fast-paced environment
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to follow oral and written instructions accurately
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
- Comfortable handling cash and adhering to safety protocols
- Customer service experience is a plus but not mandatory
Job Duties
- Prepare and serve a variety of high-quality coffee and beverages following standard recipes and customized customer requests
- Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with customers, understanding their needs, and delivering an enjoyable Starbucks Experience
- Operate cash registers accurately and handle cash and transactions responsibly
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store environment, including food preparation and service areas
- Adhere to store operating policies, health, safety, and security standards
- Work effectively as part of a team to ensure smooth store operations and positive work atmosphere
- Learn and implement new product recipes and store procedures as required
