- meet store operating policies and standards including quality beverages and food, cash handling, and safety and security with or without reasonable accommodation
- engage with and understand customers including responding to customer needs clearly and pleasantly
- prepare food and beverages to standard or customized recipes including recipe changes
- available to perform many different tasks within the store during each shift
