Job Requirements
- Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality, with or without reasonable accommodation
- Available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and/or holidays
- Meet store operating policies and standards including quality beverages and food, cash handling, and store safety and security
- Engage with and understand customers through clear and pleasant communication
- Prepare food and beverages to standard or customized recipes
- Available to perform many different tasks within the store during each shift
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to learn quickly and follow instructions
- Friendly and customer-oriented attitude
- Ability to work flexible hours including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
Job Duties
- Greet customers with a warm smile and engaging manner
- Prepare food and beverages to standard recipes or customized orders
- Handle cash transactions accurately and securely
- Maintain store cleanliness and safety standards
- Respond promptly and courteously to customer needs and inquiries
- Work collaboratively as part of a team to ensure smooth store operations
- Adapt to various tasks within the store during each shift
