Job Requirements
- Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality
- Available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays
- Meet store operating policies and standards including quality beverage preparation, cash handling, and safety
- Engage with customers through clear and pleasant communication
- Prepare beverages and food products to standard or customized recipes
- Capable of performing multiple tasks during each shift
- Ability to learn and carry out instructions accurately
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to work as a team and build relationships
- Comfortable with cash handling and store safety protocols
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to learn quickly and follow oral and written instructions
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Ability to build relationships with customers and partners
- Basic cash handling experience is a plus but not required
- Previous customer service experience is advantageous but not required
Job Duties
- Provide excellent customer service by engaging and understanding customer needs
- Prepare food and beverages according to standard recipes or customized requests
- Handle cash transactions and maintain store safety and security
- Maintain a clean, organized workspace and comply with store operating policies
- Work collaboratively as part of a team to ensure efficient store operations
- Learn and master new beverage recipes and product knowledge
- Adapt to various tasks within the store during each shift
