Job Requirements

Job Duties

  • Create the Starbucks Experience through excellent customer service
  • Prepare food and beverages to standard and customized recipes
  • Operate cash registers and handle transactions accurately
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace
  • Collaborate with team members to meet store goals
  • Engage and connect with customers to discover and respond to their needs
  • Adhere to store policies including safety and security standards
