Job Requirements
- Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality
- Available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and holidays
- Meet store operating policies and standards including quality beverage and food preparation, cash handling and store safety
- Engage with and understand customers through clear and pleasant communication
- Prepare food and beverages to standard or customized recipes
- Available to perform multiple tasks within the store during each shift
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to maintain a clean and organized workspace
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new beverage recipes and store procedures
- Ability to stay calm and efficient in a fast-paced environment
- Cash handling experience preferred but not required
Job Duties
- Provide excellent customer service and greet customers warmly
- Prepare and serve beverages and food items according to standard recipes and customer specifications
- Handle cash and operate the point-of-sale system accurately
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workspace and the store
- Ensure adherence to store safety and security policies
- Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve store goals
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and create personalized experiences
