Job Requirements
- Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality
- Available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and holidays
- Meet store operating policies and standards including quality food and beverage preparation, cash handling and safety
- Engage with customers understanding and responding to their needs
- Prepare food and beverages according to standard or customized recipes
- Able to perform many different tasks within the store during shifts
- Comfortable handling cash and maintaining store safety
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to keep calm and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
