Job Requirements
- Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality with or without reasonable accommodation

- Prepare food and beverages to standard or customized recipes including recipe changes
- Available to perform many different tasks within the store during each shift

Job Duties
- Prepare food and beverages to standard recipes or customized for customers including recipe adjustments
- Provide excellent customer service creating the Starbucks Experience
- Handle cash transactions and ensure store safety
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace
- Collaborate and work effectively as part of a team
- Engage with customers to discover and respond to their needs through clear communication
- Adapt to fast-paced store environment while maintaining professionalism and efficiency
