- Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality
- Available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and holidays
- Comply with store operating policies including cash handling, quality beverage preparation, and store safety

- Create the Starbucks Experience for customers through excellent service
- Prepare food and beverages to standard and customized recipes
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace
- Handle cash transactions accurately
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely and efficient service
- Engage with customers to understand and respond to their needs
- Follow store policies and quality standards
