Job Requirements
- Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality
- available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays
- meet store operating policies and standards including food and beverage quality and safety
- engage with customers through clear and pleasant communication
- prepare food and beverages to standard or customized recipes
- able to perform various tasks within the store during each shift
- ability to carry out oral and written instructions and request clarification when needed

Job Duties
- Create the Starbucks Experience through excellent customer service and expertly crafted products
- master food and beverage preparation including beverage customizations
- handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the workspace and store environment
- ensure store safety and security protocols are followed
- collaborate effectively with team members to provide a welcoming atmosphere
- respond to customer needs and inquiries with positive communication
