Job Requirements
- Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality with or without reasonable accommodation

- Meet store operating policies and standards including quality beverages and food products, cash handling, and store safety and security with or without reasonable accommodation
- Engage with and understand customers including discovering and responding to their needs through clear and pleasant communication
- Prepare food and beverages to standard recipes or customized for customers including recipe changes such as temperature, quantity, or substituted ingredients
- Available to perform many different tasks within the store during each shift

Job Duties
- Create the Starbucks Experience for customers through excellent service and expertly crafted products
- Prepare food and beverages according to standard or customized recipes
- Engage with customers to understand and meet their needs through clear and pleasant communication
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace ensuring store safety and security
- Handle cash accurately following store operating policies
- Collaborate and work effectively as part of a team
- Adapt to multiple tasks during shifts and keep calm in fast-paced, energetic environments
