Job Requirements
- Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality with or without reasonable accommodation
- Available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and holidays
- Meet store operating policies and standards including quality beverages and food products, cash handling, store safety and security with or without reasonable accommodation
- Engage with and understand customers through clear and pleasant communication
- Prepare food and beverages to standard recipes or custom orders
- Available to perform various tasks within the store during each shift
Job Qualifications
- No previous experience required
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to learn quickly
- Ability to understand and carry out oral and written instructions

Job Duties
- Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality
- Work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and holidays
- Provide quality beverages and food products following standard recipes
- Handle cash and operate point-of-sale systems
- Engage with customers to respond to their needs through clear and pleasant communication
- Prepare customized food and beverages including changes in temperature, ingredient quantity or substitutions
- Perform various tasks within the store during each shift
