Job Requirements
- Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality with or without reasonable accommodation

- Meet store operating policies and standards such as providing quality beverages and food products, cash handling, and store safety and security
- Engage with and understand customers, discovering and responding to customer needs through clear and pleasant communication
- Prepare food and beverages to standard or customized recipes
- Available to perform many different tasks within the store during each shift

Job Duties
- Prepare and serve high-quality beverages and food items according to Starbucks recipes
- Provide excellent customer service by engaging with customers and responding to their needs
- Handle cash transactions accurately and maintain store safety and security
- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workspace throughout each shift
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth store operations
- Learn and master new beverage recipes and store procedures
- Remain calm and composed in a fast-paced, energetic work environment
