Job Requirements
- Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality with or without reasonable accommodation
- Available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and holidays
- Meet store operating policies and standards including quality beverage and food preparation, cash handling and store safety
- Engage and understand customer needs through clear communication
- Prepare food and beverages to standard recipes or customer specifications including recipe adjustments
- Available to perform various store tasks during each shift
