Job Duties
- prepare food and beverages to standard recipes or customized for customers including recipe changes such as temperature quantity of ingredients or substituted ingredients
- engage with and understand customers including discovering and responding to customer needs through clear and pleasant communication
- maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality
- adhere to store operating policies and standards including quality beverages and food cash handling and store safety and security
- perform multiple tasks within the store during each shift including food preparation cleaning and customer service
- work as part of a team to ensure smooth store operations
- build relationships with customers and partners
