Job Requirements
- Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality
- Available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays
- Meet store operating policies and standards including quality beverage and food preparation
- Engage positively with customers and respond to customer needs
- Prepare food and beverages according to standard or customized recipes
- Available to perform multiple roles within the store during shifts

- Ability to learn quickly
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Ability to carry out oral and written instructions
- Comfortable with responsibilities such as cash handling and store safety
Job Duties
- Provide excellent customer service and create a welcoming environment
- Prepare food and beverages to standard recipes or customized customer requests
- Handle cash transactions and maintain store safety and security
- Maintain clean and organized workstations throughout the shift
- Work collaboratively with team members to meet store goals and deliver quality products
- Engage with customers to understand and respond to their needs
- Perform various tasks throughout the store as needed during shifts
