Job Requirements
- Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality
- Available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays
- Meet store operating policies and standards including quality beverage and food preparation, cash handling, and store safety
- Engage with customers through clear and pleasant communication
- Prepare food and beverages following standard or customized recipes
- Available to perform multiple tasks within the store during each shift

Job Duties
- Craft quality coffee and beverages according to standardized or customized recipes
- Engage with customers to understand and respond to their needs with clear communication
- Provide friendly and efficient service to create meaningful customer interactions
- Maintain regular attendance and punctuality
- Adhere to store policies including cash handling, safety, and security
- Perform various tasks during shifts including food preparation and store maintenance
- Work collaboratively as part of the store team
