Job Requirements
- Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality
- Available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and holidays
- Meet store operating policies and standards including quality beverage and food preparation and cash handling
- Engage effectively with customers through clear and pleasant communication
- Prepare food and beverages according to recipes or customer customization
- Available to perform many different store tasks during each shift
Job Qualifications
- No previous experience required
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Ability to learn quickly and follow oral and written instructions
- Ability to build positive relationships with customers and team members
- Flexibility to work various shifts including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays
Job Duties
- Craft the world’s finest coffee and beverages to company standards
- Engage warmly with customers to create meaningful connections and fulfill their needs
- Prepare food items according to standard recipes or customized requests
- Handle cash transactions accurately and securely
- Maintain store cleanliness, safety, and organization standards
- Work collaboratively as part of a team to ensure smooth store operations
- Perform various tasks as required throughout each shift to support store efficiency
