Job Requirements
- Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality

- Meet store operating policies and standards including quality beverages, food products, cash handling, and safety
- Engage with customers through clear and pleasant communication
- Prepare food and beverages to standard or customized recipes
- Able to perform multiple tasks during shifts

- Work flexible hours including mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and/or holidays
- Provide quality beverages and food products according to store standards
- Handle cash transactions accurately
- Ensure store safety and security protocols are followed
- Engage with customers to identify needs and deliver pleasant service
- Prepare customized food and beverage orders to standard recipes
- Perform various operational tasks within the store during shifts
