Job Requirements
- Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality with or without reasonable accommodation

- Meet store operating policies and standards
- Engage with and understand customers through clear communication
- Prepare food and beverages to standard and customized recipes
- Available to perform multiple tasks within the store during each shift

Job Duties
- Provide quality beverages and food products according to recipe standards
- Handle cash transactions accurately and securely
- Maintain store safety and security protocols
- Engage with customers to understand and respond to their needs
- Prepare customized orders including recipe modifications
- Perform a variety of store tasks during each shift
- Work collaboratively with team members to achieve store goals
