Job Requirements
- Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality, with or without reasonable accommodation

- Meet store operating policies and standards including quality beverage and food preparation, cash handling, and safety
- Engage with customers through clear and pleasant communication
- Prepare food and beverages according to standard or customized recipes
- Ability to perform multiple tasks within the store during each shift

Job Duties
- Prepare beverages and food items according to Starbucks recipes and customer customization
- Provide high-quality customer service by engaging with customers and responding to their needs
- Operate cash registers and manage cash handling procedures accurately
- Maintain store cleanliness, safety, and security standards throughout each shift
- Collaborate with team members to support various tasks and ensure smooth store operation
- Follow all store policies and procedures related to food safety and product quality
- Assist in replenishing stock and managing inventory as needed
