Job Requirements
- Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality
- Available to work flexible hours including early mornings evenings weekends nights and holidays
- Meet store operating policies and standards including cash handling and store safety
- Ability to engage with customers and provide quality beverages and food
- Available to perform various tasks within the store during each shift
- Ability to learn quickly and follow instructions

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Basic communication and customer service skills
- Ability to learn and follow oral and written instructions
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Previous experience in retail or food service is a plus
- Willingness to learn new food and beverage preparation techniques
Job Duties
- Prepare food and beverages to standard recipes or customized for customers including recipe changes
- Engage with and understand customers including responding to needs through clear and pleasant communication
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace
- Handle cash and operate retail point of sale systems
- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure excellent customer service
- Follow store safety, security, and operating policies
- Perform multiple tasks and responsibilities during each shift
