Job Requirements
- No previous experience required
- Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality, with or without reasonable accommodation
- Available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and holidays
- Meet store operating policies and standards including quality beverage and food preparation, cash handling and store safety
- Engage with customers through clear and pleasant communication
- Prepare food and beverages to standard or customized recipes
- Able to perform a variety of tasks during each shift
- Ability to learn quickly
- Ability to understand and carry out oral and written instructions
- Strong interpersonal skills

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Willingness to learn and master beverage and food preparation techniques
- Basic cash handling experience preferred
- Good organizational skills

- Create the Starbucks experience through excellent customer service
- Prepare and serve high-quality food and beverages to standard or customized recipes
