Job Requirements
- Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality
- Available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and holidays
- Meet store operating policies and standards including quality beverages and food products, cash handling and store safety and security
- Engage with and understand customers including discovering and responding to customer needs through clear and pleasant communication
- Prepare food and beverages to standard recipes or customized orders
- Available to perform many different tasks within the store during each shift

- Work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and holidays
- Provide quality beverages and food products following standard recipes or customizations
- Handle cash transactions accurately and follow store safety and security policies
- Engage with customers by understanding and responding to their needs through clear and pleasant communication
- Perform various tasks within the store during shifts, including preparation, cleaning, and inventory support
- Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure smooth store operations
