Job Requirements
- Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality with or without reasonable accommodation
- Available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and/or holidays
- Meet store operating policies and standards including providing quality beverages and food products, cash handling, and ensuring store safety and security with or without reasonable accommodation
- Engage with and understand customers through clear and pleasant communication
- Prepare food and beverages to standard recipes or customized orders including recipe modifications
- Available to perform many different tasks within the store during each shift

Job Duties
- Create meaningful moments by engaging with customers and remembering their preferences

- Follow cash handling procedures accurately and ensure store safety and security
- Work flexibly across various tasks during shifts including morning, evening, weekend, night, and holiday hours
- Communicate clearly and pleasantly with customers to understand and meet their needs
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient store operations and a welcoming atmosphere
