Job Requirements
- Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality
- Available to work flexible hours including mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays
- Meet store operating policies and standards including quality beverage and food preparation
- Handle cash and ensure store safety and security
- Engage with customers and provide pleasant communication
- Prepare food and beverages to standard or customized recipes
- Perform various tasks within the store during each shift
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment
- Strong customer service orientation
- Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to changing tasks
- Ability to handle cash and follow safety procedures
- Previous experience in retail or food service is a plus but not required
Job Duties
- Create the Starbucks Experience through excellent customer service
- Prepare and serve beverages and food products according to standard recipes or customer customizations
- Handle cash accurately and follow store safety and security procedures
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace
- Engage with customers to understand and respond to their needs
- Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure smooth store operation
- Learn and apply new beverage recipes and store policies
