Job Requirements
- Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality, with or without reasonable accommodation

- Meet store operating policies and standards including quality beverage and food preparation, cash handling, and store safety and security, with or without reasonable accommodation
- Engage with and understand customers including discovering and responding to their needs through clear and pleasant communication
- Prepare food and beverages to standard recipes or customized orders including adjustments for temperature, ingredient quantity, or substitutions
- Available to perform various tasks within the store during each shift

Job Duties
- Create the Starbucks Experience for customers through excellent service and expertly crafted beverages
- Master food and beverage preparation according to quality standards and customized customer requests
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace
- Handle cash and maintain store safety and security
- Engage with customers to discover and respond to their needs through clear and pleasant communication
- Collaborate effectively with team members to meet store goals and ensure a positive environment
- Adapt to flexible tasks within the store during each shift
