Job Requirements
- Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality
- Available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays
- Meet store operating policies and standards, including quality beverage and food preparation, cash handling, and safety
- Engage and understand customers and respond appropriately
- Available to perform many different tasks within the store during each shift

Job Duties
- Prepare food and beverages to standard recipes or customized per customer requests
- Engage with customers through clear and pleasant communication
- Discover and respond to customer needs
- Maintain store operating policies and standards including cash handling and store safety
- Perform various tasks within the store during each shift
- Build and maintain relationships with customers and team members
- Ensure quality service in a fast-paced environment
