Job Requirements
- Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality with or without reasonable accommodation

Job Duties
- Prepare food and beverages to standard recipes or customized for customers including recipe modifications
- Engage with customers and respond to their needs through clear and pleasant communication
- Ensure quality and consistency of all products served
- Operate cash registers and handle transactions accurately
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of workspace and store environment
- Collaborate with team members to provide excellent customer service
- Adhere to store safety, security, and operational policies
