Job Requirements
- Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality, with or without reasonable accommodation

- Meet store operating policies and standards including quality beverage and food preparation, cash handling, and safety
- Engage with customers through clear and pleasant communication
- Prepare food and beverages to standard or customized recipes
- Available to perform many different tasks within the store during each shift
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Craft quality coffee beverages and food products according to standard recipes
- Engage with customers to discover and respond to their needs with clear and pleasant communication
- Maintain store operating policies including cash handling, safety, and security
- Prepare food and beverages customized to customer preferences including recipe adjustments
- Perform various tasks within the store during each shift to support operations
- Build relationships with customers and team members to foster a welcoming environment
- Work efficiently in a fast-paced team setting
