Job Requirements
- Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality, with or without reasonable accommodation
- Be available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays
- Meet store operating policies and standards including providing quality beverages and food, cash handling, and safety protocols, with or without reasonable accommodation
- Engage with and understand customers, responding to their needs with clear communication
- Prepare food and beverages to standard or customized recipes as required
- Be available to perform many different tasks within the store during each shift

Job Duties
- Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality

- Provide quality beverages and food products according to store standards
- Handle cash transactions accurately and securely
- Ensure store safety and security procedures are followed
- Engage with customers through clear and pleasant communication to understand and respond to their needs
- Prepare food and beverages according to standard or customized recipes, including modifications
- Perform various tasks within the store during each shift as needed
