Job Requirements
- Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality, with or without reasonable accommodation

- Meet store operating policies and standards including quality beverage and food preparation, cash handling, and store safety, with or without reasonable accommodation
- Engage with and understand customers and respond to their needs
- Prepare food and beverages to standard recipes or customized requests including recipe modifications
- Available to perform various tasks within the store during each shift

Job Duties
- Provide quality beverages and food products per established recipes or customized customer requests

- Adhere to store operating policies including cash handling, safety, and security
- Perform various tasks within the store during each shift, including food and beverage preparation
- Work collaboratively as part of a team to deliver excellent customer service
- Maintain store cleanliness and organization to ensure a welcoming environment
